Just so you know, Sword, I can't make it to (13,10), nor can Chalco reach (20,7).  By the same token, Salsa's peggie riders' movement is also slightly restricted.  I would actually suggest attempting to eliminate the northern or southern group first; there are choke points near either that can be used to restrict the movement of Molog's forces.  The northern force is smaller and closer to our forces, but the southern force would give us the benefit of terrain.  Meeting in the middle leaves us surrounded by MOV 6 riders of various types with no terrain bonuses or choke points.  Rain next turn won't provide a decisive benefit. 

((Also, if we can take down the fliers, I can evacuate the prince to the lower-left corner and guarantee his safety.  Just a worst-case thought.))

... Aw dammit. I missed that. Nope nope nope @ taking out the north group, we're not going anywhere near that sage that can leave any of us at 1/3 down counter. We still need to meet in the middle even if we do end up going south. So everything else should remain the same.

Edit: Is there any reason you're not going to 13-9 or 12-10 though? You're currently not using your full mov which seems not smart if we're trying to get south

Wait. If the down counter ticks down at the start of the player phase, doesn't that mean that anyone he downs during the enemy phase is insta-dead unless an NPC revives them in the Ally phase?

it ticks down at the end of the phase they were downed in. So if they were downed in EP, we have until next EP to raise 'em

I'm... not sure that's how it works actually. It isn't actually after checking the handbook.

At the end of each Player Phase, counting the Phase where they fell to 0 HP if it occurred during a Player Phase, the timer goes down by 1.

Also yes it's visitable but it's the weapons shop.

Far as I know that's how it's worked in games so far. Otherwise, yeah, it's a insta-kill if not healed that precise phase, which is admittedly a little harsh
