I'd assume the dress code is non-existent. Otherwise, Lieselotte or Minako would've already been hauled up for wearing fancy dress or not fancy enough dress. :P

I would expect that there is at least a rule against inappropriate clothing. I don't think they'd let you attend school in a bikini.

Lilith mostly just wears whatever is comfortable and covers a lot of skin, although color-wise she drifts towards really dark colors.

Zack also just wears whatever.
