Have Soar try to break off and fly away, to recover from the blindness.  Have the Articuno try and freeze Dut and everything around it to death.  Crawl away from the pair of them.

Dut goes hopping off, chasing the pokemon. The pokemon squawks at him, but fails to cause even so much as a mild case of freezer burn. Soar sort of wiggles in the opposite direction of this entire stupid affair and Dev pulls a handstand and goes sprinting away in a rather hilarious fashion.

A syringe full of a powerful, off brand amphetamine gets shot into Dev's ass. He starts foaming at the mouth and running even faster, all the while screaming something about lizard men.
