Bag filled with batteries Perfect for smashing the heads of people when used as a flail.
Plasma globe It looks cool, if a bit 80s.
"DANGER! HIGH VOLTAGE!" sign It's a bit rusty.
Electrostatic generator AKA  Van de Graaff generator. Looks like something you'd find in a school lab.
Jacob's ladder AKA a high voltage traveling arc AKA the thing that looks like a rabbit-ear antenna with an electrical arc between the posts that's useless but looks cool. A must have for mad scientist laboratories, for some reason.
