Mörkö goes with the choices that bring it closest to its goals, which themselves can't really be placed under normal human morals, neither good nor evil. As I said, True Neutral, maybe with Evil tendencies, if we only look at spheres. The sphere of Fear is Neutral Evil with Chaotic tendencies, while Perception is Lawful Neutral with Neutral tendencies. (At least how I see them.)
