Author Topic: I am trying to figure out why my WorldGen very suddenly warps at times  (Read 725 times)

Per title, I noticed in my latest experiments that the final result is extremely different from what I start with, and I'm not sure exactly what is causing it.

I tried setting [Erosion_Cycle] to zero, thinking perhaps the oceans were destroying large chunks of terrain, but that has not helped.  This one has me stumped, any info is appreciated.

First one looks like the civ is dying off, so it has to reset to place it again.

The second looks like world gen has quicly run all those years qothoit reporting them.

First one looks like the civ is dying off, so it has to reset to place it again.

The second looks like world gen has quicly run all those years qothoit reporting them.
You misunderstand, those 2 images are of the same world, at the beginning and end of generation, respectively.

I don't see the problem? One is looking at the middleish bit and the other at the frozen north bits. Same world, different places.

I would say that full of rum is a good time to dorf. Why else would we have Drunk Fortress?
