"I don't think we need that many vehicles. Let's each of us take a standard Charon fully loaded with operatives and an Afanc. Afanc's cannon will be good if we end up having a need to step up our diplomacy. Explosively."

"If you think that the Afanc will not be enough, take 2 Locusts as well. But I don't think they will be necessary."

"We'll send 2 armed heavy SUVs and 2 Technicals to pick up Vigil and escort him to us as well. More firepower is always better. I wouldn't mind a couple of bikers as scouts."

Unless anyone objects, John will gather 2 Charons, an Afanc, 2 Locusts, 2 heavy SUVs, 2 Technicals, 4 dirtbikes and 2 quadbikes; all of them fully loaded with operatives.

Standard operative armament:
 - 1 MAG rifle (2-3 spare clips, extras in storage in vehicles)
   - 20mm underbarrel + ammo
 - Duster or Kreuweizer .45 (2-3 spare clips + storage)
 - 2x G1 offensive grenade OR 2x G4A1 offensive grenade
 - Agent BDU + Helm
 - Personal body armor vest + trauma plates + webbing unit
 - Half will be equipped with Guardian suits, and the other half with Assault suits.
In addition:
 - 1 operative in 6 will forego the MAG for a Ranger Arms marksman rifle
 - 1 operative in 4 will forego the MAG for a Rambling combat shotgun and a Revolving-cylinder grenade launcher
 - 1 in 4 operatives will have the Gauss pistol as a sidearm
 - 1 in 10 operatives will have a Gauss rifle in lieu of the MAG
 - Bike scouts will be armed with .45 ACP SMGs or 5.56mm Bullpup Carbines only
Between the Afanc and the Charons, stored:
 - A 152mm Coilcannon
 - A 50mm Coilcannon
 - 4 Unit Rocket Launchers
 - 80 M48A8 Utility Mines Mk. VIII-C
 - 2x 14.5mm HMG
 - Ammo for days
Technicals will have a 14.5mm with a gunshield mounted on a tripod on the tray. SUVs will have a 14.5mm + gunshield mounted on the turret ring.

Frazz pokes around, looking to see if there is any evidence of previous inhabitants.

Well, you found signs of people who lived here previously, not that it does you any good.

You put in a big order and lead out a large battalion, one that make you feel could probably take over half of Gaia by itself.

Quickly you catch up to Vigil to pick him up onto a pick-up.

Has Jon and Laz caught up to Frazz yet?

"Ok Vigil. If you have any ideas, feel free to interrupt me. Right now, the plan is for you and me to go to pacify the greenskins via a lot of big booms. We'll start small, mortaring 50mm HE in with a coilgun. We will immediately go to 152mm HE coilcannonned into whatever defenses they have. Then we'll state our demands of them joining Akras. We'll make examples of natives who resist by executing their loved ones and informing them of the resurrection cost. "

I feel like I should state this for completion, but we're taking more than enough food with us. More SUVs will be ordered to fill this role if necessary, complete with built-in freezers and fridges. Enough food to literally feed an army and a couple of towns for months on end.
Send a biker back to order an armored bulldozer and a refrigerated B-double truck full of food

You have, the Technicals putters into the abandoned village.

a biker bikes back to get a logistics truck and an armoured bulldozer over. It'll take the Bulldozer quite a while to get there and it'll push everything in it's path towards you.

You might as well be making road towards the place from the Yahweh!

Speaking of the Yahweh, the construction of the WoS is going nicely. Though ambient radioactive magic may be attracting.. Anomalies.

You're getting strange radio signals once in a while, faint and barely understandable.

Drones got launched, they went around looking for the source.

It seems to be the general beach area, where snippets of radio waves just kind of.. appears every so often.

The distortion is very light but visible to the naked eyes.

"Alright, dismount and let's get moving."

Jon is going to take a look around for any traces of the villagers. He'll take advantage of his vision modes and zoom as well. The operatives are to stay near him. Charon and Afanc will also ride into the village.
