You come across a hill with a large wooden structure on top of it. A group of three people seem to be fleeing from a thing that makes your eyes hurt to look at.

[SOLDIER First]

Erica shrieks and whips around, wailing at whatever it was with her book.

Alex hears 'Groudon used Cut! and he looks back at Erica whilst running. He looks back forward, but shouts "ERICA?! ARE YOU OKAY? DID HE GET A CRITICAL HIT!?"

Lachlan unloads the rest of the rifle's clip into the thing's face.

The bullets do little more than piss it off, black blood streaming down its face as it charges forwards. Erica feels the wind woosh as a claw starts to descend towards her head, but suddenly the thing stops, smashing into an invisible barrier. Across hill a line of white stone has been scattered, a small idol showing a cross inside a circle placed down every few feet. The thing scrabbles and screams at the stone border before it rushes back into the night.

Alex stops running, panting with exhaustion. "Okay, did anyone faint?"

"Now what the hell was that?"

Alex looks very worried "How is the wound? Bleeding? Infected? I did a first aid unit in the orphanage in case I accidentally injured somone with my visions."

Gerald rushes towards the other people, eager for company. He makes a strange entrance.

"Now what the hell was that?"

Alex looks at him. "For an isolated forest, there sure is a lot of people here."
