Character Concept: Insomniac, Paranoid, and Perceptive
Appearance: An average height man who looks thinner than he should be. He looks tired quite a lot of the time, but seems to wake up at night.
Personality: Gerald doesn't sleep much, being an insomniac, and used to work as a detective in crime scenes, taking the night shift most days seeing as he didn't have anything else to do. He was unusually good at it, and always keeps an eye out for detail, having the unerring ability to analyse a situation or object and discern it's peculiarities
Other Details: Has a pocket watch, an heirloom that he keeps as a good-luck charm.

Character Concept:A young, intense schizophrenic, has very limited grasp on reality.
Apperance:A wide-eyed small boy, with ragged brown hair, average height (for a 10 year old) and average build, has green eyes and wears a knit sweater and cargo pants.
Personality:Very imaginative, thinks most of his hallucinations are real, as his parents died when he was young, so he had no one to teach him what reality was. Is quite friendly, depending on what he sees you as.
Other Details:Has a Gameboy Advance with Pokemon Emerald, helps him cope with his intense hallucinations. Also has some red liquorice, which he loves.

Personality: A friendly laid back guy, he's generally outgoing. He likes to laugh and make others laugh, and hates it when people are sad. He's trusting to a fault. His top priority is the happiness and safety of others 
Other Details: He's been married for 7 years, although he wanted kids, he found out he was infertile, much to their heartbreak. He worked at an office job, but he's dreamed of becoming an adventurer ever since he was a little kid, and would often find himself day dreaming of fantastical adventures.

Also, guys, Character Concepts should be things like Hardboiled Detective or Lost Hiker. You don't have to do the three words thing.

Edit:Also I'm really sorry for dragging this out, its hard though because I'm trying to keep my character realistic you know haha.
Edit2: Also I'm pretty sure that you meant his wife was dead, and the point of looking at the corpse was at least partly to make sure it was his wife, am I just supposed to  assume, or can I get some confirmation at some point? I don't want to be rude, though so sorry, if this was worded in a not respectful manner.
