Only the boss is level three. The dewds are level 1 first classes. I'm just wondering if I should have more (or vary the classes a bit, like have maybe an archer or Myrm, or some Trainee minions.)

Twin, it might be a biiiiiiiiiiiit early to go into catatonic-breakdown-state. Your character's backstory is fairly severe, but remember: She was not raped or had anything cruel and unusual done to her. She might have got hit around a bit, but you also said in your backstory that they failed to break her will. Why is she so afraid she's stuttering when they've only just departed? In a large group of people?

Yeah, but the whole thing was traumatizing; she's afraid because she remembers what happened, and is afraid that if bandits were to actually win in a combat, she and the others would have to go through it again. She is less scared for herself, more for the whole group if something goes terribly wrong. She is not aware most bandits don't do that.

Maybe show the fear if the group actually ends up being on the verge of losing? I dunno, it just seems extremely sudden and out of place at the moment.

I can see her as being a bit nervous or worried as they head into Nostor itself (or encounter a group of bandits), but not stuttering-on-the-verge-of-tears afraid a few hours after departure, if you get what I mean?

Yeah, I get it. Maybe it's more pronounced in this particular area because it's somewhat close to where that particular group was, or at least looks that way? That would be a good reason, and justify why she gets more calm as they get further away.

Wait, seriously? I'd swear I fixed that when I was first making the sheets. (I used Ash's as a base for formatting and then did everyone's over that. Wolf's bio is on the first or second page of this thread, if I remember right.) I must have missed Diana's bio.

I could edit out the stuttering if that helps with the weirdness. I tend to start making mistakes in RPs about an hour before bed, so that's probably where the random terror came from.

I think it's the stuttering that turns it into overkill. A bit nervous, a bit worried, a bit tense, fine. But as it as, the way I read it, she's absolutely fucking terrified out of her god damned mind. That's a bit OTT, right? :v

That's only if you read it literally

As someone who's studied such things--narrative stuttering is very different, at times, from literal stuttering. One could say its extremely subtle rather than overtly obvious. :3

So I think Twin's got it OK. Some words, when stuttered straight out, don't even sound like they're being stuttered to a casual observer, or to a common listener.
Depending on the context of the person's background.
