You roll d2 at stat 2, Roll d3 at stat 4,5,7,8,etc.
d3: When you roll 3 at three multiples added by 1(eg.4 and 7), you get +1. When you roll 2~3 at 3 multiples added by 2(eg.5 and , you also get +1.
d2: When you roll 2 at stat 2, you get +1.
Anyway:

I can't understand what you're getting at. Something like...

1: 0
2: 1/2 chance of +1
3: +1
4: 1/3 chance of +1
5: 1/2 chance of +1
6: +2
... so it adds up, every 3 is a +1 and depending on if you have one or two stat points after your multiples of 3 you get different chances of +1?
