A halo of light drops down onto the throne.  A magnificent golden scepter slowly descends from the sky.  As the scepter approaches Tawarochir, he is overtaken by its illuminating light, and vanishes into nothingness.  The scepter hovers above the throne, glowing luminously.  All surrounding people fear to approach it....except one.
