Nick Name: Ghost
Appearance: A 6' lanky giant, has blue eyes and fair skin.  He wears his white hair in a single braid down his back and is usually wearing a black trench coat.  Ghost looks 25 years old but no one can really tell how old he is.
Personality: Ghost usually keeps to himself, he likes working solo and when he has to interact with other people he stays focused on the mission.  He is usually lost in thought off in the dark corner and doesn't get phased by anything.  He has a pistol in his trench coat at all times a revolver.
Background: Not much is known about Ghost, as long as anyone knows he's been a part of the gang. The truth is he smuggled himself across the Atlantic Ocean at the ripe age of 10.  He never registered with the government and has survived by stealing what he needs.  When he was 16 he joined one of the gangs and has survived for 14 years, none of the original members are part of the gang anymore.  Ghost's real name is Charles, but only he knows this.

Physcic Powers: Illusions: Ghost can make a person or a group of people see something that is not there or not see something that is there.  He can make it more detailed and complicated the less people it affects.
Traits/Skills: Sneaky: Ghost can move silently and pickpocket pretty well, +2 to both
Flaws: Loner: If given the choice, Ghost will always work alone and will break plan if he thinks of a better one
Weak: Ghost is phydically weak, he can't carry heavy things or use his strength and -2 to melee attacks and damage.

Character sheet
Name: Francois Du Monte
Appearance: A gaunt looking frenchman who appeared out of nowhere and rose to become a major player in the ganglands. He has black hair, pale skin, and always dresses in a dark grey suit with dark red accents. His tiny french mustache drips with blood.
Personality: Francois is actually a really nice guy, if you're on his side. If your not, he's likely the guy who's going to get you killed.
Background: Francois came out of nowhere, he has no past and he had no ties to anyone. He walked into the ganglands, dethroned a major player and took over operations all in under a week. Some say he's from Normandy, others say he's from hell. It's likely he's from both.

Psychic Powers: Metal control- Francois has powerful telepathic control over all types of metal. His body also cannot be hurt by metal.
Traits/Skills: Empire Builder- Francois gets a bonus on any action that expands his territory or opperations
Flaws: Holds a Grudge- Francois does not easily forgive those who have wronged him, as a result, he will remain openly hostile towards others until the wrong has been righted.

These both look good, however, I removed immunity to damage by metal, but I'm sure the metal-bending should keep you safe. Also, I noticed you only have the one weakness, but it seems rather bad, so your good.

Yeah I only gave him one trait so I thought I'd give him one flaw to balance. As for the immunity, thats all good, He'll stay safe. Looks like an interesting game, cant wait to start.

Name: Jason "Man-Shark" Rayfield
Appearance: An ugly, fat bastard best describes this creature. He stands at around 5 feet tall, and has a girth of about 3 feet wide. His hair is oily and thin, and drapes itself across his face. He has a huge, Roman nose, and small, sunk deep, black eyes. His teeth are gnarly, disgusting, and sharp, thus giving him his nickname "Man-Shark".
Personality: His pleasant and creepy personality thinly veils the mind of an insane cannibal. He can become violently psychotic at the drop of a hat, and during this time, no one is safe, so it's best to stay out of his way, or get a chunk bitten out of you.
Background: Back in his native Britain, he lived mostly in the alleys of the poor as a mad serial killer. When he was caught, he was sent to the asylum, to be cured. When he was ultimately found incurably mad, he was sent off on a ship off to Australia, far away from here. However, the ship he was on was caught in a storm, and sent off to The City instead. By this time, the crazies ran the ship, and so, when they landed, Jason simply slid through the chaos, and implanted himself as a butcher.

As part of the gang, he works as a cleaner, and takes care of those his gang dislike, and makes them disappear.

Psychic Powers: None. He's just batshit insane.
Traits/Skills: Strong: +3 to strength-based tasks.
Butcher's sense: Has an encyclopedic knowledge of human anatomy.
Psychotic Rage: Enters a state where he ignores pain and becomes an inhuman slaughterer of man. He forgets who is friend and foe, however.
Flaws: Very Fat: Becomes tired more easily, and is an easier target to hit.
Obviously Insane: Creeps out people near him, and generally had an aura of instability and murder.

Eh. It would be interesting to play this game as a free roam with different teams.

(Nick)Name: Shards
Appearance: Standing around average in height, this man appears to be 16 to 18. They are slightly overweight and have dark skin. Their eyes are a light brown, similar to their hair.
Personality: Quiet, Shards rarely talks when it's not important. He shows a lack of emotion in many cases, and doesn't seem to feel any regrets or guilt, even when he is clearly wrong. He is a loner, and he shows obvious sociopathic traits. Despite all this, he isn't calculating and acts on impulse instead of planning.
Background: Shards grew up in a rich household. He had all the toys he wanted and a big fence to keep out undesirables. This made him less of a target, and he didn't have many problems. Still, somehow problems fell upon him. On a mountain trip, his mother and father died. If that wasn't bad enough, he lost all of his family's inheritance to the man they entrusted to take care of him. He joined a gang, and soon made some money. He got his nickname because his powers first manifested when he killed somebody by firing metal shards at them.

Psychic Powers: electro-magnekinesis
Traits: No empathy or guilt, giving him the ability to shrug off deaths and crimes he does.
Flaws: extreme anger- if somebody makes him angry or attacks them for a notable amount of damage, he must attack them for the rest of his turns until they are severely injured or dead.

Telekinesis is not just the ability to psychically control metal, but also anything else, such as rocks, apples, whatever, as long as it has a physical presence. Shard's electromagnesis ability is much much more limited than your Telekinesis, as it's only manipulation and control of metal and nothing else. So in an even odds fight, I think he should have the superior hand over metal control, but good rolls can top that if you're lucky enough.

They both control metal. ATHATH has general telekinesis.

I remember an RTD like this before, that had gangs go against each other, but it died. Had 2-3 fights in it though.

History: A combination of many different gangs, they were once at war before a startup gang, led by the infamous "D" took over. He united all the gangs under one name, either by persuasion or force.
