These psychics are especially powerful, and not something to take lightly. Welcome to the ganglands, try not to get telekinetically fish hooked.

Personality: His hatred for the red gang has consumed him, and without it, he would be an empty husk.
Background: When Sipinoc was five years old, his family was murdered by the red[red/color] gang, leaving Sipinoc as an orphan. Sipinoc vowed to take his revenge, and joined the blue gang to find others who shared his burning hatred.

Traits/Skills: Excellent at tinkering and improving weapons, armor, and machinery.

(Nick)Name: Natalia 'Little Angel' Gardner.
Appearance: A thin, 5'6-foot tall redhead with brown eyes behind a pair of glasses. Obviously a 13 year old, Natalia has her hair in a long pony-tail tied with a small teal ribbon and she appears to be missing both her right-hand ring and middle fingers.
Personality: Natalia is quite the unusual person, she appears to calmly and coldly react to everything, as if she planned for it to already happen. Aside from this, she happens to really like books, always carrying at least two on her person at all times. She's left-handed and prefers to use knives if she ever needs to handle a weapon. Her goal is to meet Jason Rayfield one more time and torture him to death.
Background: Born of a lower class family, Natalia lived in relative peace until she was 8 years old, where she lost her mother to a natural disaster and her father abandoned her soon after, with a close friend she was able to survive A-okay in this crazy world, surviving off of stolen food and stealing books to feed her need for literature. When she reached the age of 11, she got caught by the wrong sort of person to cross, Jason Rayfield, someone who really didn't like the idea of having his possessions filched by a little girl, he killed her friend and sliced off two of her fingers as a warning before letting her go. She never forgot about that event. With her wits and persistence she managed to stay alive long enough to reach the age of 13, where she showed some of the right people her skill at being someone useful and joined a gang, where she quickly rode up the ranks to the role of adviser to the guy in charge.

Psychic Powers: Precognition: The ability to see the (I'd suggest near) future. Chronokinesis: The ability to manipulate people's perception of time, making time either appear to speed up or slow down for them.
Traits/Skills: Innocent child: +2 to lying convincingly. Child-prodigy: +3 to all knowledge and identification checks.
Flaws: Child: Aside from the people in her gang that know she's something special, people will not usually listen to her. Near-sighted: -3 to seeing details of things a distance away from her without her glasses. Arachnophobia: Natalia suffers a -2 to all actions if she sees a spider, this is removed when the spider is out of sight or killed. Missing fingers: Cannot use a gun with her right hand.

Looks good, though we need to discuss how precognition will work. My idea was having it so the enemy would have to PM you their actions in the next turn, but you'd have to choose to either look into the future, or act in the now. For chronokinesis, I could set up a initiative system, and you can cause others to go early or late on that scale.

I think I'd prefer the Precognition ability to work a little differently, here's an example of what I have in mind:

I use my Precognition ability, you roll for it and if I succeed, you send me a PM or make a mini-update to tell me, then I get to make an action which will be included in the update, then I also get an advantage (such as bonuses to my action) over any actions near my vicinity and I get to react to each players actions before they happen, whether they succeed or not. If I fail the Precognition roll, then you let me know and I make an action for the update-proper.

Your suggestion for the Chronokinesis is good. If the Precognition ability is too much of a hassle for you, I'm perfectly fine with changing it to something more manageable.

Your idea sounds good, a lot easier than what I had planned anyway.

Its a Deathmatch game. Just make up an ability, and we'll talk over it. I'd rather make an OP ability balanced instead of completely banning an ability.

Nick Name: Ghost
Appearance: A 6' lanky giant, has blue eyes and fair skin.  He wears his white hair in a single braid down his back and is usually wearing a black trench coat.  Ghost looks 25 years old but no one can really tell how old he is.
Personality: Ghost usually keeps to himself, he likes working solo and when he has to interact with other people he stays focused on the mission.  He is usually lost in thought off in the dark corner and doesn't get phased by anything.  He has a pistol in his trench coat at all times a revolver.
Background: Not much is known about Ghost, as long as anyone knows he's been a part of the gang. The truth is he smuggled himself across the Atlantic Ocean at the ripe age of 10.  He never registered with the government and has survived by stealing what he needs.  When he was 16 he joined one of the gangs and has survived for 14 years, none of the original members are part of the gang anymore.  Ghost's real name is Charles, but only he knows this.

Physcic Powers: Illusions: Ghost can make a person or a group of people see something that is not there or not see something that is there.  He can make it more detailed and complicated the less people it affects.
Traits/Skills: Sneaky: Ghost can move silently and pickpocket pretty well, +2 to both
Flaws: Loner: If given the choice, Ghost will always work alone and will break plan if he thinks of a better one
Weak: Ghost is phydically weak, he can't carry heavy things or use his strength and -2 to melee attacks and damage.

Name: Francois Du Monte
Appearance: A gaunt looking frenchman who appeared out of nowhere and rose to become a major player in the ganglands. He has black hair, pale skin, and always dresses in a dark grey suit with dark red accents. His tiny french mustache drips with blood.
Personality: Francois is actually a really nice guy, if you're on his side. If your not, he's likely the guy who's going to get you killed.
Background: Francois came out of nowhere, he has no past and he had no ties to anyone. He walked into the ganglands, dethroned a major player and took over operations all in under a week. Some say he's from Normandy, others say he's from hell. It's likely he's from both.

Psychic Powers: Metal control- Francois has powerful telepathic control over all types of metal. His body also cannot be hurt by metal.
Traits/Skills: Empire Builder- Francois gets a bonus on any action that expands his territory or opperations
Flaws: Holds a Grudge- Francois does not easily forgive those who have wronged him, as a result, he will remain openly hostile towards others until the wrong has been righted.
