That would be very difficult, considering the gate to the school is currently shut, preventing him from getting to the campus to attend Orientation.

"Can't be just general education either, they said, and I quote, "Your skill will be trained and honed until you are the finest example in that field the human race could possibly field.". A rather hard task for general education."

Although his words may sound rude or perhaps condescending, Richard said them in such a jovial tone it was pretty clear he was simply joking. He pulls out his phone to check how long until Orientation starts.

Akira does take his luggage, then. 2 rather large suitcases, to be precise.
And then stands around, with said suitcases in hand, in front of the gate to the academy. Even if it was closed, he may as well wait nearby.

Leonhard yawns, rubbing his eyes, as he pulls his rather large suitcase up to the front gate a bit further.

"So, all of us know how we will supposed to be talented to use here?"

His Japanese was...well it wasn't great. Or at least it didn't seem like it. Hard to tell with someone like that.
