"Gah! Ah shit shit shit...can somebody kill this fuck? My shoulder feels like it's on fire."

Rolep hissed in pain as he retreated from the statue, looking for any remaining wooden statues. Balsa wood wasn't much of a match for a sword, he figured.

Duck under its legs to get behind it, kick it in the back. HugoLuman can kick pretty hard.
With some tricky maneuvering, you manage to finish the statue off. Its back breaks at your kick, leaving the torso detached from the legs. You smell smoke.

Aoshi slashes again accross its back, from upper left to lower right, and puts more distance between himself and statues.
Struck with sudden inspiration, you feel your heart beating quickly and see everything else slow down to a crawl. The statue. The wood's grain. You follow the line with your blade, making a perfect, clean diagonal bisection with little felt resistance. You barely realize what happened before you notice you have your back towards the statue, your sword in your sheath, and your hand on the hilt, ready for another foe. What's left of the statue bursts into flames, wreathing your silhouette in a fiery glow. This makes you wish someone had brought a camera to immortalize your pose.

((You got three natural 20's in a row. "Critical hit!" would be an understatement.))

((I'm a bit lost, why did we start fighting the statues?))
((Why indeed?))

Finish off the silver statue.
You're not sure how to finish it off, but maybe decapitating would work? One powerful chop and a clatter later, you can only conclude: "Nope." It's still moving, albeit slowly and seemingly blindly.

Aoshi just bisected a statue in ridiculously cool, clean cut, and Hugo kicked another's arse, quite literally. There are no wooden statues left, it seems.

"Silver's soft, right?" Rolepgeek asks as he sheathes his sword, grits his teeth, and grabs one of the statues arms from behind, beginning to try and pull the arm he'd nearly chopped off before the rest of the way off. Rusted metal could tear pretty easily. He wasn't sure how easy it might or might not be for this, but it was worth a try.

(Is the silver one hollow?)
"It's blind, but is it deaf? It's at a sensory disadvantage anyways, so we have time to think about how best to engage it."

((Yes, it is hollow. Do note that it's not silver, but some unknown silvery fantasy metal.))

"Remove the legs, so it can't move. Then remove the arms, so it can't fight. If it's still moving after that, just cut the torso into fragments."

"Right then." HugoLuman tries tackling from behind again, this time trying to wrap around it and restrain its arms, using both his arms and legs.

I didn't know I could do that... But damn if it wasn't cool! Did anyone see?

"The crown is still wooden. Break it. Though I want to know what happens if you wear it."

Grab head of the silver statue if it safe and try to remove its crown.

Sever the statue's head and give AoshimaMichio the crown.

Rolepgeek asks as he sheathes his sword, grits his teeth, and grabs one of the statues arms from behind, beginning to try and pull the arm he'd nearly chopped off before the rest of the way off.
You grab the arm and bend it to a very crooked angle, certainly stopping it from swinging its sword, but can't quite find the leverage to sever it entirely.

HugoLuman tries tackling from behind again, this time trying to wrap around it and restrain its arms, using both his arms and legs.
It doesn't seem to resist you much anymore. You hold its arms behind its back, what now?

Sever the statue's head and give AoshimaMichio the crown.
Grab head of the silver statue if it safe and try to remove its crown.
The statue's head is already severed, lying on the floor. Twinwolf nabs it and gives it to Aoshi, who removes the crown without any trouble. Despite the fact that it literally grew from the head, there was a thin, easy-to-break seam between the helmet and the crown.

Thoroughly examine area for any changes or dangers; gather equipment strewn across the ground [and replenish my arrow stack], and gesture to the rope Kevak is using, issuing a 'let's go' or any parallel statement, in a tone of trepidation about this room.
