"Well, let's try something more mundane. This blasted thing only accepts mundanity."

Input "future payment of currency(with interest)".

"Yeah, let's go with that."

He selects it, before trying to figure out where everyone had gone, now...

(I can do abstract stuff, but you haven't given me stuff I can work with.)
Invalid payment option.

Tea takes off his sports jacket (bright blue with white trim, if that detail matters), closes the zipper, and ties it to the banner pole by the sleeves to create a makeshift flag. He then raises the pole and thrusts it to the ground firmly.

"Here. Here is our base."
(Woops, missed this.)
The skeletons all stop in their advance as they see you start tying something to the pole, staring at it the whole time while you set it up and hoist it. But, after looking at the "flag" for a few moments, they continue their advance. "Well, that did... something," says HugoLuman, readying his axe. "Everyone into a defensive circle!"

"Hm, there's probably a 'real' flag here somewhere. Or we could deface the banner to make it our own with paint or something, if anyone has some. I have a marker in my pack, but it wouldn't be enough. Or maybe..."

Tea checks the skull-banner once more. Is it made of multi-layered cloth? If yes, he tears open the seams on the side and turns it inside out. If not, he gives it to Kyle, then rejoins the defensive circle, ready to fight hand-to-hand. Same tactics as before, but focus should be on survival and avoiding injury, rather than 'defeating' the skeletons.

I turn around to see all the fighting of the skeletons in the room behind me, eyes widening for a moment before glancing at my bow, currently unstrung, and shrug slightly before running inside and swinging to hit the bone bodies with the thicker and stronger mid section of my bow, arrows not being the best for this kind of fight.

(Alright, think of the other materials available on the island. There's my explicit hint. What else is there with us, aside from the banner and ourselves?)

As you approach from the entrance and near the 8 skeletons with the torn uniforms featuring the emblem of a two-headed bear, they turn away from those on the island and start wading towards you. All 8 of them.

"Hey! New person! Thanks for leading those away! Watch out, they'll try to grab you!"

((Dead skeletons, the banner's pole, mud, where-ever the pole was standing, as the mud couldn't possibly support it... Sadly, I have to sign off now for sleep. I'll be very disappointed if I end up having to solve this puzzle mostly by myself.))

"Ah well. Waitaminute. If the people who got affected by the terminal, some of them at least, had their ears replaced by the ears of creatures... it stands to reason that getting wings could replace my arms. Oh dear."

FallacyofUrist inputs "cancel".

"Uh, maybe we could surrender or something!" Armach removes some of the white cloth from the Painting guardians and ties it to the pole and waves it.

Payment accepted.
The screen returns to this prompt:
1) Play again
2) Purchase forms

(I don't think that logic really follows, but I suppose there's reason for caution, so it's not too metagamey. Though the actual results of that purchase remain unknown, since you canceled it.)

"Uh, maybe we could surrender or something!" Armach removes some of the white cloth from the Painting guardians and ties it to the pole and waves it.
As you start to affix something else to the pole, the skeletons stop once more to watch. As they see you waving this white "flag," they remain where they are, standing still.

((Every part of the human body can correspond to an animal's body. Seems logical enough to me.))

"Play again? Oh, right. But what's the point of playing if you can just purchase the forms you want? Unless the purpose of playing is to raise clearance."

Fallacy, although rather conflicted, selected Play Again.

Low. Definitely.
