40.24 Changes?

I have not played much DF since 0.34. What are the big changes, aside from the new trees, traveling armies, and non infinite goblins?

check that google doc, an user-made "unofficial" changelog that show what's new/changed in DF2014 since 34.x

(may not be fully accurate)
