OCC: Up and at it Margrave and Il Palazzo I have some bloody carnage to carry out as soon as possible! Haha

((I'm really excited to finally see this, I'm glad my delicate lace-covered iron fist was able to lead us to this.))

OCC: Actually, thank you I have 40 units of fighter/bombers squadrons I have been wanting to kamikazee on some massive fleet, I always thought I would be using it on the Al-Malik not the Decados, but hey whoever throws the first stone right!  If the Decados, moved their fleets to Icon and Midian it is going to be a very fun turn for me, or and I guess it is a good time to tell everyone I have the Eye of the Prophet and Rod of Smiting Relics!!!! Fun Times, Fun Times!!!! Margrave do the freaking turn!!!! Haha

Where are the nurses! Why do they always arrive late! Someone, please, inject him tranquilizers!

Assembled Lords and Ladies of the Imperial Senate, this is a dark day. Once more the fabric that binds humanity together frays and tears. It seems that the pillars of Empire which Vladimir Alecto established on the eve of his victory over the barbarians collapse around us.

First aliens from beyond the void come to attack and consume our bodies and we barely hold the line. Then the Church and League conspire to topple our government which as has stood nearly five centuries, and they are rendered powerless. I want to point out that Vertab uses map borders to hide his units. So I wish to add another rule - No one is allowed to fully hide his units beyond the interface borders (the last hex layer below the map).

First, there is only one planet that I have done that on and it is Kish, and I know you don't have any units there except a lander in orbit.  So, you have to be breaking the main cardinal rule of not replaying the freaking turn to spy on other players assets, I have had dudes do this in the past it is really not cool.

Wow. I know about this already for 2 or 3 years. When you will get your turn you will suddenly find that all my stealth cruisers are damaged. Do the math. (Tip: I wasn't using them to attack anyone else).

The reason why I told this only now is because the other way you would know that I am spying on you for a long time already.

Edit: Stealth cruiser landed on the closest free hex can oversee all your factories with all you 27 fighters and 7 frigates. He can also see this hidden units too. There is no need to do some ultimate cheating or just redoing the turn.

Whoops, how do I know it's scepters?
Anyway, it wouldn't be a cool thing to do even if all it did was force players to look at the zoomed-out map every time they were scouting enemy planets, but what's more important, it's impossible to select the stack to view what units are in it, so for example, if somebody would want to attack, they wouldn't be able to find out what they're up against.

When I vote on a rule I usually think of it from the perspective of: Was this a feature that the game makers intentionally put in? And if not then I think: Is it fair or is it fun?

I can't really see the makers intentionally keeping hidden hexes that are impossible to scout if the game had ever been properly finished.
And I can't see how it could be fair/fun to an invader to manually scout the polar regions. Likewise I don't plan on using this oversight. Its almost as broken as making your units invulnerable by keeping them loaded bug.

I vote we add this to the rules.

In the wake of such confusing events as have transpired recently, we have decided to do the only sensible thing in such circumstances, and attend the funeral of some of our southern neighbours. A family of six, recently deceased. A hit and run accident, some say. We really wouldn't know.
