Li Halan Ministry of Propaganda Truth states all Imperial Graphs are completely accurate!!! How can the jingoistic Decados with their six world's and control of the second largest Ministry say that they are less powerful than the meek and pacifist House Li Halan that has the smallest military and fleet!  Shame on you Vladimir, shame...on...you!

We are still proudly part of the Empire we just want to be left alone to conduct our own business, and I believe we can decide to do whatever we want with our scepters even if that means refusing to vote.

A Special Holiday Message from the Regent:

The Regency encourages all citizens of the Empire to travel to their local Agoras today and purchase smoked meats and other goodies from their local League Marktmeister.  Children of the Empire will dress per tradition and collect the smoked meats, while the adults drink healthily of liquor.  Why, even the Patriarch is celebrating, already on his third bottle of sacramental wine today!

They are...iffy.

Take into account that every major jump in the graph represents a House gaining/losing control of the Fleet, Garrison or Eye and that it isn't just their Houses units and cities. I tend to use it as a relative measure of capacity.

Also one of our EOTFS games had a player shoot beyond the rest of us because he was disbanding resource bins to deny his enemy their capture. So don't take it as an absolute indicator of strength.

In all seriousness, Margrave is correct.  Some of the indicators factored into strength are Troops, Ministries, and the amount of resources that you own.  Now, if you have a surplus of the useless resources your score can be really high combined with the amount of palaces that your house controls that gives a huge boost.

So, if you are efficient and are using all of your resources in turn your score will be really low, this is why Gollor brought it up and I have two planets Kish and Icon just cranking out new crap like gangbusters.  It keeps my backlog of unused resources low but the new units/refined products don't boost my score.  So, he sees all of the these ships I have and fully industrialized planets yet the game has him two times as powerful as me.

But what do I know? All Hail the Ibn Donald!!!!
