GM: Are there limitations to which weapons a given Sword Art can be used with? Like, each Art can only be used by one weapon type, or by similar types of weapons (i.e. Daggers + 1H Swords or 2H Axes, Swords, and Hammers, &c.), or with any weapons (adapting the movements to different types, I suppose)?

Iirc in SAO there aren't dedicated crafting items like forged, just skills.

((Those would be in the Item shop. And it actually did.  Asuna uses various cooking objects with menus when she cooks a meal, and Lisbeth {I think that was the blacksmith's name} uses a forge. There would likely be public stations for those, though.))
