Eh maybe fire divination, but I think that is not what Eve needs right now.
It's interesting. Thus far, we've bound ourselves to this girl and her needs. At first, we wanted to curl the world to our influence. But she wanted friends, so we gave them to her by lowering ourselves. But then tragedy. Now we're here at an important part of her life. She has to decide where to live, and consequentially, where we want to live. Anyways.
Staying here is not a wise decision. We don't know how the current chief will be. He slew his brother in righteousness, but we've no understanding of his personal intentions. He could be a good chief. He could be an evil chief. We don't know. But we do know that this is an unstable culture. These are the people that killed Eve's father and all other men of tribe. I say we forsake their society and seek out another, one not so predisposed to war and violence.

Here is my suggestion: We counsel Eve to the best of our abilities and instruct her and her mother to seek out the Northern Forests. Take control of Fluffy once more, and guide their steps away from the snares of those that might wish them harm.
They are afforded more shelter there, more room to run and to hunt. We will initially have less believers to convert, but perhaps we can use our influence to... Well... Make more followers. Eve's children, and their own children will be instructed in our ways. While they are young, we will expend our influence upon their malleable forms. Her children will be born swift of feet and of mind, traversing the forest floor with the agility and careful perception of a rabbit.
For I say, that if there is no Goddess of Children, then let us become one with Eve as our first child. Eventually, she shall grow older, beautiful, and wiser with our guidance. She will one day form a family, and from her shall bloom forth a new civilization, one that will move past famine and war and into bounty and peace.
