Sorry KoSS, it's you. You might want to get that checked out, it's really not normal.

At this point, with all the sexuality aliens have shown... I think it's a normal reaction. Or near it, anyway.

I know what to name my first custom scientist now.

It looks like we get to assign crew to positions around the ship, so sort of.

We will have custom staff yeah, and IIRC, you can save customized characters not only as future rookies, but also scientists, mission NPCs, etc. I'll create a hella punk Freud sporting tattoos and a labcoat with the sleeves torn off.

In ky xcok I'll make it part of regulation for all troops to be in a constant sense of childlike wonder and perpetualy awed by the fantastic experience of being aboard a goddamn starship.

And I'll hear no more about it!
Yeah I'm not going to lie part of the reason I like FTL so much is "I'm on a spaceship weeeeeeeeeee".

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

So if it was set on a steampunk submarine then it just wouldn't... "do it" for you...

Speaking of, the aliens have all the technology, we should build steam-powered mecha and then just E.M.P. spam the whole planet...

Steampunk tech IS complicated.  It just isn't advanced.

That being said, EMPing all of Earth isn't exactly going to stop the aliens now is it?

I think most of them do have cybernetic implants, so maybe...
Good luck safely EMPing the entire world, though.
Oops, did I phrase that like a challenge?  heh :P
