Ozarck vs NAV!

Sneaking to the gate is easy. People are too busy to stop fire to pay attention to bleeding semi-cerberus sneaking around.

Pillars are just like you saw them last time, no changes there. Except the new ones in north and south of the gate forming lines. You don't see any obvious sources of lightning.

That's a lot of conditionals. Okay, let's see...
See NAV. Check.
Can tell it's him. Check.
He's away from pillars. Nope. He is sitting next to the one in middle of the triangle of pillars. Kinda leaning against it.
Doesn't see you. Well, he's looking at direction of the village. You can't tell if he sees you or not. If he does, he's not showing it.
He's close enough. Check. It is just ten meter dash to his throat.
There's no warriors with him. Check.

So one resounding "NO" and one unknown. Which means you may have to rethink your plan. Or not.

You wait. Either Ozarck makes mistake and gets killed by your spearmen or he makes mistake and tries to attack you. Either way, he dies.

Devastator vs Spiderking50!

The pain itself is gone, it's just mental fatigue it left behind so crawling to north isn't much of problem. Behind the corner the river takes tight turn to west, leaving very little space for the building. Makes you wonder what kind of idiot builds house in such location.

On north just at limit of your vision is another bridge. And behind that bridge you hear how wood is tortured, torn and broken, something heavy dragged along the ground. Five seconds after the sound stops the horrible horrible pain comes again. It really makes you wonder if victory is worth of all this as you scream your lungs out.

Now this pain is the kind that makes you want to kill yourself so it would end so doing stun in this situation is not going to happen. And after it ends an eternity later, or maybe two seconds later, you can't tell the difference, you're too preoccupied to think using such abnormal powers. What you do think is more like "they really should tone down pain sensitivity".

You are also too preoccupied to notice the massive swarm of knives, forks, spoons, shovels, axes and other shit rising up from the river and being launched quite accurately at your location. The brief sensation of getting impaled by hundred kilograms worth of spiky metal makes you jump out of your VR machine when simulation ends.

You lose.

Biggest piece would be a bigass water boiler in the house near you, but it's so heavy that anyone with decent pair of legs can dodge it. You move it through the wall and that task alone takes your full strength.

If you are on laying on river bottom, then you have very hard time pinpointing location of scream from land. At this spot there ain't really any calm spot, but perhaps on near shore between two suitably big rocks? That way you could poke your head or earbuds above water surface for locating his screams. Let's do it! Pain is in the air!

And he screams, oh he screams so much! In south, definitely on this side of the house. There's relatively thin span of five or six meters of dry land where he could be. Hmm, well you have enough metal to bombard the entire area if you launch it all now. Will it kill him? You can only hope.

And judging by the text floating in front of your eyes it did.

Good game.  Man, I was really outgunned there.  In darkness against AoE power that kills and grants detection.  I should have played better, though, could have had you with more stuns.

are the corpses of the warriors I killed last time me and NAV tangled out there still around? I need a corpse shield.  I wonder why NAV died last time ... I can't get close, really.
Go find a lone villager or an unattended corpse. kill the villager or pillar the corpse. either way, bring the body around to the north of the gate, north of the pillar closest to the village up there. break through the fence and get a good two mouthed grip, then swing the corpse into the pillar, letting go before it touches if possible.

I've been wracking my brain for ways to find and kill you. I made the horrible mistake of making an aquatic creature, so I had to find creative ways to find you without seeing you. Those stuns though... so many stuns...

That horrible mistake kept you from drowning.  You really, really had me outgunned, as I had nothing that could kill you, being within a hundred or so feet of you meant my death, and the darkness didn't really affect you at all.  I'm also wondering if I found that axe on a good or bad roll right now..

Doesn't work that way. You would need some kind true sight to see through illusions, assuming that is one. But then again you haven't seen flying boars before. Hmm. If it is illusion, then attacking it might flush your opponent out. If it isn't, then all more reason to attack it. It's not like you lose the match by losing one of your bodies, right?

Ivan, Gary and Bert are the closest bodies so those charge as much as flying fire horse can. Bert attacks first with a flying kick. Its kick goes mostly straight through without resistance, but you feel your hoof grazing something inside... The boar jumps forward and then rapidly descends up into air.

Gary takes second shot. Interestingly enough the boar actually dodges the charge, but just barely. Ivan charges and since you expect it to dodge you adjust your course accordingly. Except the flying boar doesn't dodge, which means your kick goes a bit off and you end up slapping it with your wing. This time you definitely feel something connecting, something smaller than the boar itself.

Yup, it is probably your opponent wearing magical make up.

You do so, but in middle of your peaceful exploration something very hot scratches your back. You jump forward, fly directly up and do somersault in midair trying to see what it was. You see nothing. Except water being evaporated in midair. And that evaporation zone moves. And it's not the only one. Very odd. Suspicious even...

One mysterious rain water evaporation zone approaches fast, but you dodge it with cost of signed feathers. You didn't notice the third one and it slaps you down towards the hill. Your feathers are already smoking.

You killed only one near the gate and his corpse appears to still be there. Guess they were too busy to do anything to him. Actually now that you are looking closer there are more human shaped things laying on ground. Three more.

Might as well grab the closest one, the man your gutted first with his own spear. You sneak out of your hiding place carefully, waiting for NAV's reaction. He doesn't react in any way and keeps staring fires in the village, so you manage sneak up to the corpse next to the first pillar.

Just as you start moving him NAV notices you and starts yelling all kinds of curses at you, insulting your mother and driving you into mad rage with his guttural voice! You drop the corpse and charge at him, not just to win, but also so you can silence his stupid insults.

The moment you pass the invisible line between two pillars they discharge constant stream of lightning through your body. Electricity passes mostly through your metal armor, which is rapidly heating up. Little of electricity does make your legs twitch and it makes you fall down. The armor strikes two chains into ground on your both sides, and rises third into a T shape above you, coaxing lightning to pass through it.

The armor is horribly hot, but at the moment you are safe from lightning. The armor might melt its free moving chains unless you move away soon.

Sudden sound near northern pillar of your triangle prison alerts you for presence of your opponent. It looks like he's trying to drag corpse of his first victim off somewhere. No desecration of dead under your watch!

Knowing your opponent will understand your words, guttural as they are, you curse and insult him as creatively as you can while seeding rage into his mind. It seems to work because he drops the corpse and charges at you! And runs directly into the trap. Lightning strikes him and knocks him down.

But light provided by constant stream of electricity in air reveals that he is actually wearing a black metal chain mail armor. And two chains coming from it strike into ground while third one forms a T shape above Ozarck's back, making electricity pass through it instead of burning him into cinders.

This... might be a problem.

How close am I to him? Does the armor have any chains or spikes available to stab with? If I am close enough and the armor can stab, do so. Hopefully we can direct this lightning to him instead. Then back away. If I can't stab at NAV, just back away until the lightning stops. Once free of the lightning, block any attacks coming my way. And have the armor cover my ear holes to prevent hearing NAVs mind controlling insults.

You are about 4 meters away. The armor is busy keeping you from being charred and I believe it said it already, but it can only attack when you are being attacked. NAV ain't attacking you (yet), so it can't do anything.
