The points aren't directly 1 for 1 by the way.

And looking at your character sheet... there's a lot of things wrong there dear god...

For point buy your stats would of been:
str 13
dex 14
con 12
int 10
wis 14
cha 12
Cost:17.. so 3 points unspent
then Racial bonus: +2 dex -2 cha
str 13
dex 16
con 12
int 10
wis 14
cha 10
and you are missing your level 4 bonus attribute point.

Your cha mod is not -2 as you have listed on the sheet

Your character being 15 years old makes tersius feel dirty for like 90% of our interaction

The scizore's attack mod should be +5 not +7 as your base attack bonus for melee is +6 and the scizore imparts a -1 penalty to attacking with it

You should have a +1 shield bonus to ac from the scizore

and the short sword should be a +8 attack bonus, though if you attack with both it and the scizore in one turn the attack bonus'es go down to +3/+6 respectively.

And lastly to answer your question you can put a sack on your back in place of a backpack.
