You aren't taking one of my 12 year old apprentices on quests, don't even think about it.  Also the witch is Vacio's character I believe, and I can also assist him in making the potion/I have set up/bought a masterwork alchemy lab for additional bonuses to brewing.

We have enough space on the land for a stable but you'd need to build the barn to use it in... though I suppose we could say one of the spare small rooms in an outdoor barn.

Well it cost 250gp to make, they heal 2d8+5, so they will at least heal 7hp, I think 350gp each is fair. But I can persuaded to lower price.
