Sunniva takes the crystal out of her pocket.

"Do you want me to take him?"

She stares at him for a moment.
"...Well, alright."

"Oh, that's inconvenient."

"Want to try another game?" Alice asks.

"Sure. That claw machine over there doesn't look like it's rigged like they usually are."

"Can you show me how your suppose to win with the claw machine?"

Ether approaches Nyx, as he has nothing else to do. He still has his cat on his head. "Greetings Nyx, the one who is gelatinous. My name is Ethrcron, or Ether for short. I can tell that you dislike talking to people."

'No.' Nyx replies. 'Yes,' it says quickly.

"Right then. You need not talk to me, you can just think messages to me and I shall get them. I can read minds." Ether sits down on a nearby bench, bent over with his hands on his lap. His cat is now on his back slightly.

Nyx shrugs. 'So can I,' it says.

Ether looks at him with eyebrows raised. "I knew that."

After studying Ethrcon's expression slowly and carefully, Nyx says, 'So you did.'

There are ways much less likely to ruin her friendships and psychological health.

The relationship part is rather difficult to justify, I did make the manipulation obvious to anyone with working eyes but her. As for her mental health, what part of being everyone's doormat is healthy. I've just loosened the cap on her lifetime of it. Not my fault she's repressed.

Tessa goes over, and puts in a token. She then maneuvers the claw,  and picks up one of the stuffed animals in it, and puts it into the drop bin. She takes out a rather cute little vampire plushy, and hands it to Alice. "For you."

True as that may be, she will likely blame herself even if you tell her you did it, and end up feeling awful at best or seriously depressed at worst- possibly suicidally so.

Alice smiles awkwardly, for a second there before saying "Thanks, how did you know I would like this one Tes.?"

As if he'd let her. She'll live, and be stronger for it.

((As a note, he'd be able to tell she's not lying. She just has no concept of there being a wrong way to get things done, and this is the fastest route.))
