Among the books, Larissa finds a brief note:

"This place has literally every book ever written. If you have a specific book in mind, it'll be the first you grab."

The note is also on the door of the library.

Larissa, this is not an excuse to spent every spare minute here.
But it IS. This is literally the best thing ever. I can read what I want, when I want. I mean, the library back at the house was big, but... but...
Larissa looks around, the enormity of this sinking in.
I have access to basically all the knowledge ever.
...that is pretty damn amazing. You could become a magician, given a few years, even without taking the classes.
I just feel sorry for all those normal people who'll never experience this.
Feh, they just weren't lucky enough.
Larissa stops reading as she thinks of everything she will ever want to read. No need to hurry now she has all the books in the world at her fingertips.
I'm still gonna read these, though.

He keep his head on a swivel as he slowly backs out. One of the kitsunes might notice he's more excited than anything though. That would explain why he's moving so slow.
