Eh, I find Sunniva to be okay in terms of power level, she's more powerful, yes, but she's also older.
So she's only there for a short while, and even then, she's not the most powerful person around.

Actually, pretty much all the teachers are more powerful than her, she's an empowered normal.
Heck, some of the students could even kick her ass.

Larissa's dad is essentially Batman in terms of his power level. Her mum is as yet undefined.

Yuri, as long as he isn't fought where his command ability would work (aka, inside a house), is about as powerful as an athletic  young adult. Even his hyperspace arsenal isn't exactly OP, considering that he can't exactly pull out a gun and shoot you due to the intricacies of it, and his other weapons are mundane.

Yuri's dad is....much more powerful than that, but he's too busy with other things to get involved.

Sabrina....would only survive a fight due to being tougher than a normal human.

Larissa is weaker than average,  and can't even transform at will.
Rosa is crazy strong, fast, and tough. Still, Madi's illusions managed to fool her for a while.

Celia is absurdly ridiculously powerful, but using much of her power makes her explode at mininuke capacity.
