Does anyone actually use character descriptions when interacting with a character beyond "they are an inhuman entity" and "they look like someone of the opposite gender"?

All I've seen those descriptions do is make people mistake the genders of other people. Comment on the clothing of someone, in only two cases. And, occasionally cause issues when Tessa's around. There's been no real need to any detailed appearances beyond "oddness of clothing", "whether or not appearance conforms to gender" and "inhuman aspects".

Because it's not stuff you talk about unless your going through things you like or dislike about someone. And the player shouldn't need to state what their character's apperance is like if it's currently as normal.
