Why do I do this to myself...Well, so I was browsing the Forum Games and Roleplay section of the forums, and a thought occurred to me. Why is there no roleplay for a supernatural school? After double checking the
Tv Tropes page, I discovered that while there used to be one such roleplay, Twilight Academy, that is now finished. So therefore, new Supernatural School Roleplay!

Eclipse Heights Private School is not your everyday oversized all grades + college school campus. It’s got the average schools, yes, but underneath is where it gets interesting. You see, those stories of vampires, werewolves, and other things that go bump in the night? Those aren’t fiction. Well, most of them. Bigfoot’s just a really big and hairy dude. He teaches biology.
Yes, this school is for such supernatural beings to teach them to either hide or coexist with the much more numerous human race that doesn’t play nice with others. You could find nearly anything within the underground hallway. ‘cept humans, of course. Can’t have that secret getting out now can we. Speaking of, would you kindly look into my eyes…

Supernatural Type: Kitsune, specifically a Kitsune-Inari that recently came off the Kitsune-Tsuki phase.
Description: Kiri is a Kitsune, and as such comes with the normal fluffy fox ears and tail, claws, and fangs. Kiri's hair, ears, and tail are all a vivid orange, his eyes are bright green. His hair goes down to the small of his back and is normally well kept. Kiri is easily mistaken for female, his general bodyshape, mannerisms, occasional tendency to crossdress, and behavior often don't help clarify, he doesn't really mind though. He is about 5'7 in height. Kiri is normally hyper, although he tends to swing into extreme emotional states somewhat easily. He has a hard time paying attention to things he designates as boring. People are not boring. Listening to lectures is boring. Class is normally boring. School in general is boring. Chemistry is not boring. Chemistry involves things exploding normally. He would much rather be socializing and playing games instead of participating in school. It's normally hard to upset him, but if you do hit some of his buttons, he'll get set off faaaast.
Mentally he isn't always quite there, his memory is a little off and unless he likes you, he will have a terrible time remembering your name. His interpretation of time is a bit iffy sometimes. He'll almost never remember the date, normally relying on electronics or others to let him know what day it is. Mainly this memory issue due to spending a lot of time in foxform. Hard to remember stuff like that when your brain isn't built for it.
He's fairly skilled in illusions and knows how to shift to foxform but has minimal experience with pure foxfire, never really having a reason to use it beyond fueling illusions. Why would he?

The oddest or scarest thing about her, is that she has pure black eyes and she finds it annoying if you stare into them.

Description: Kumo has a big butt, it's as if a big butt person took horse-riding lessons for a decade, it's big, shapely, and divinely soft. He also has super fluffy fur, and his tail is very big as well.
As for the rest... golden blonde hair and fur, fair skin, blue eyes, and can transform into a fox (haven't transformed in years, only staying in his Human (kinda, ears and tail is still there) form).
Kumo's build is short and with a bit of fat, making him all the more softer.
He's a bit shy, due to everyone from his home town trying to follow him and cuddle his butt and super fluffy tail. So he tries to hide if people look at him too much.
He got the nickname Fluffybutt when people found out about his butt. He wears trench coats and such, to hide his butt, not liking all the attention he gets when people find out.

Supernatural Type: Homunculus. Outwardly they are similar to a human, except that they don't actually have inner organs or genitals. They are powered by heat and their "meal" is just them standing in an oven. When too damaged or energy-depleted, they fall asleep and become extremely cold.
Description: Cid was homeschooled for most of their life by their late creator and is thus not used to "human" interaction. While they are very sensitive and naive, they usually appear as emotionless and cold. No one picks on them anymore because punching them is like punching a wall. Nobody actually knows whether they're supposed to look like a girl or a boy, and neither do they. They are easily bored and does not usually pay attention in class.

Description: Aulus was born into a life of privilege, being the child of two powerful Numismamancers tends to have that result. Aulus however was uninterested in learning such money magic, and instead quickly took to staring at the runes written in the private libraries pages. He even managed to learn a few useful ones from them, a fact which saved his life when the mansion was raided by what he could only describe as a black ops mercenary group, presumably hired by someone unhappy with his parents' dealings. Aulus set simple magical traps and wards while fleeing from the group, culminating in his escape with a last minute wallwalking charm.
Alas, the damage was done, both his parents were dead and Aulus was hit in the leg, now suffering a noticeable limp. When he was eventually found by the police a in-hiding wizard sensed his nature and directed him to Eclipse Heights after his recovery for his safety.
Appearance: Aulus is of average stature with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a dusting of a beard. He tends to wear formal attire even to casual events and wears a pair of non prescription glasses. He is rarely seen without his ivory cane (with a concealed marker) as he walks with a limp.

Supernatural Type: Humanoid Dragon: A species of dragon exceedingly similar to that of the dragons of Talon, with one major exception: they do not possess a dragon form, or at least, not a proper one. Instead, Humanoid Dragons are, for all intents and purposes, human, at least appearance-wise. The major differences are that these dragons are capable instead of manifesting various parts of a dragon's anatomy, such as wings, a tail, scales or the claws. Even without this, they are capable of breathing fire without harming themselves, are far stronger than the average human and also far more durable.
Description: Jana is a relatively petite 15-year old girl, with red hair and purple eyes. Her hair stretches down to her back. The colour of her wings and scales when she manifests them is pitch black, with the claws being white. She is also ever so slightly arrogant and narcissistic, not making friends very easily.

He is a bit wary around strangers and prefers to spend time learning and preying to his gods over doing anything physically straining and making friends. Supernatural Type: Replicant- An amphibious squid like creature that contains the DNA of every living creature on the planet. Communicates via Telepathy. A replicant's body produces a potent paralysis agent that is injected via barbs on their appendages, though a replicant is able to retract the barbs. Some replicants are able to change their form, though it requires extreme concentration to maintain.

A squid like female of it's race. Prefers not to touch other living creatures due to her inability to retract her barbs. She is also one of the few of her race to be geneticaly born with the ability to shapeshift. She is considered a flawed specimen of her race and was sent to Eclipse for 'reconditioning'. Though by 'reconditioning', her brood just wanted her to learn about the outside world.

His eyes are gray, but seem to glow white whenever he uses magic. He bears enormous stone wings which he can use to take flight. He can use magic to strengthen himself or resist damage.
Description: Lexiath likes to take problems head on with a reckless nature, almost always winning if it involves physical strength or endurance. He has a sense of humor, especially when it comes to teasing people, especially his Charge, Alice. Lexiath was created by Alice's father from a stone statue to protect her from harm, if she could not handle it herself. The two have forged an almost brother-sister bond over the years. However, if the time comes and Lexiath is truly needed, Alice can command him using the phrase "I charge you," and he will be bound to complete her command, even summoning him from wherever he may be. Or forcing him to do random chores.

Supernatural Type: Shares a body with another spirit, although it may simply be another side of her own. The two switch in response to intense positive or negative emotion.
Description: Larissa stands about average height for someone of her age. Her eyes are sea-green, and her hair is a sandy blonde. She's usually cheerful, and kind to almost everyone.
However, when her other side (who prefers to be referred to as Maria Rosa) is dominant, her hair darkens to a dark brown, and her eyes become maroon. Her personality at this point is practically the opposite: snappish, harsh, and often cruel. She is capable of warmth and kindness, but it's rare most people will ever see it. What people will see, however, is her inexplicable acquired ability to punch through brick walls and pull bladed weaponry seemingly out of thin air. That last one is just good old fashioned trickery, though.

Ghostly: Fred the slightly corporeal retains the ability to hover, at the most, a meter and a half off the ground, and float through solid pieces of furniture and walls at the cost of a slight headache. He is not fully incorporeal though, as explained by his supernatural type name. With enough concentration, he can make parts of himself solid, generally for the comfort of others. While incorporeal, parts of his body simply pass through others, and their bodies pass through his. His corporeal parts have unusually high muscular strength.
His corporealness subject to change, he generally cycles through being more corporeal while more awake, and almost completely ghost-like while asleep. Various parts of his body will be corporeal, often flashing through planes of existence.
Fred: Fred himself is generally quite quiet, not speaking unless he is confident of himself in the matter. He is quite interested in biology, perhaps to understand what he is and yet is not, and prefers to try and find a scientific explanation for things, though he himself is inexplicably ghost-like. He reads a lot, hanging out in library most days, and he has a knack for playing the flute. He is very intelligent and picks up things quickly.

Description: Despite being a Chimera Nikoleta is humanoid with all of the usual limbs in their usual configurations, along with a large pair of bat wings growing out of her back. She has two small horns, yellow eyes with rectangular pupils and a pair of floppy cat ears on the top of her head. She has tanned skin, short brown hair and similarly coloured fur on her limbs. As is standard, she has a noticeable bust. Nikoleta also has a snake as a tail. The snake has green and yellow scale, and a mind of its own. The snake, who calls itself Haris, has a mind of its own and is mentally linked to Nikoleta. At the very least they can read each other's minds, and Haris frequently stays awake while Nikoleta sleeps so that it can alert her of any danger, and visa-versa. Nikoleta is usually seen wearing short dresses, since her wings make it hard to wear normal shirts and Haris refuses to cooperate whenever she tries to wear pants. Not that anybody complains about Nikoleta's choice of clothes, seeing as she is a cute monstergirl.

Additionally, especially strong anger or hatred can be 'felt' from this individual, as if, when he becomes angry, a large amount of weight is suddenly applied to those around him. While suffused with his Malice, he is capable of superhuman feats, both in the realm of the base physical or even certain pseudosorcerous expressions, though these are generally limited to basic, but powerful energy projections due to the all-consuming nature of his battle-rage. When not in combat, he can channel small amounts of Malice to preform slight magics without a massive degree of struggle, but these are not available when in combat and are not anywhere near damaging in power for even normal humans or animals.

Naturally, she can breathe underwater and cold does not bother her, but other 'traits' that her Qalupalik heritage gives her are; the ability to move silently, exceptional hearing/sense of smell and great strength. Not to mention she does live up to her name...
Maggy prefers to wear a hoody and baggy pants whenever she can and loves headphones/iPod that her adoptive parents got her before she left for school.

Supernatural Type: Darren's a regular human with access to destruction magic. Right now it's mostly limited to breaking smaller objects like large pebbles in half and cracking bigger things like tables and chairs and such.
Description: Darren's of slightly higher than average height, with middling length black hair, short enough that it doesn't get into his eyes or anything. His eyes are green and his facial features could be described as narrow. That could be applied to him overall, actually, he's fairly skinny but not bony, he's just ... thin.
Darren started life as a regular human, and seemed set to remain that way until his first kiss in tenth grade. The details of what actually happened are rather sparse, but apparently there was a lot of blood and screaming. From that first manifestation, he had notable trouble controlling his new powers, breaking almost anything he touched. His family, desperate, reached out for help and the Academy answered.
He was apparently more outgoing before his powers manifested, but now he's a little withdrawn.
He always wears gloves; when he arrives at the Academy they're quite bulky and thick, since it helps him somewhat with not breaking things he touches. Some mental thing likely.

Supernatural Type: Cynthia is both blessed and cursed with the power of biomanipulation. She is able to control her very biological structure to suit her needs, from increasing muscle mass or density to causing herself to grow a bony carapace. Unfortunately she has several issues with this: First, she hasn't developed the ability to shut off her pain receptors and is generally reduced to a snivelling wreck whenever she does something major, secondly, wounds her transformations inflict on her usually stay unless she seals them (imperfectly) or they heal naturally, and thirdly she is prone to debilitating seizures during which the ability spirals out of control, altering her drastically, unwillingly, and excruciatingly painfully (although she usually returns to normal afterwards).
Description: Cynthia is very tall for her age, although she she could probably become smaller. Her hair is blonde and her eyes hazel. Very little of her isn't covered in scars of some sort, be they large or small, gained from usage of her ability and little knowledge on healing the resulting wounds. Her face is spared quite so much damage, but the effect is evident merely from the sight of her hands.
Cynthia can be rather bitter at times, and her usual demeanour is brusque and unapproachable. However, that's not all there is to her, but it's all most people are gonna see, so that's that.
She has a passion for the fine arts, and is also very curious as to her own power, experimenting with it in her spare time, consequences be damned.

Maybe you should try applying the healing skill to necromancy. Unless you don't get permission from the person's god or the person themselves. That'd be fucked up man.' And David was like, 'I don't know man, that seems kind of fucked up. I mean, doesn't it do freaky stuff to people's souls?' and his god was like, 'Nah man, that was something us deathy gods made up so people wouldn't dick around with it to try and beat us.' And David shrugged and went to go get a cloak with cowl.
Description: This gentleman puts you in mind of a regal ruler. He has slitted brown eyes that are like two patches of dried blood. His silky, straight, chocolate-colored hair is worn in a style that reminds you of an animal's ears. He is very tall and has a slender build. His skin is chocolate-brown. He has stubby-fingered hands. His wardrobe is utilitarian, with a lot of blue and white.
He's followed around by what seems to be a normal Irish Wolf Hound if it wasn't for the dead look in it's eyes and the silence when it breaths. It's still as smart as a normal dog since David brought it back within seconds of it dying. A miracle of healing and Necromancy according to everyone with experience in both. And a horrifying abomination to everyone else.

Trude is a brunette with green eyes, her hair cut short because of practical reasons. Her body is well built, as there's little other than fighting for her to train for. Also, she's 5 foot tall.
She wears blue denim jeans, a white cotton shirt, and a leather jacket to cover her byrnie. She also has various extra pieces of armor in her bag, along with the usual sword, spear, and shield.

wonderful contents, the overall lifespan such entities have drastically fallen due to being desensitized to the point that the anger powering them diminishes significantly faster.
Ability: Phase out of existence, becoming completely undetectable. The user tends to fall alseep very quickly in the process, only waking up when the effect ends. (Also known as Player Inactivity)
Description: Standing well-built (for whatever such a term means for a skeleton) and broad-shouldered at 7' 2'', Plutarch is a skeleton comprised of bleached human bones that appear been seemlessly fused-together to form structures not found in most organisms (seeing as most organisms have more materials than just bone in their bodies), resulting in a physiology that is somewhere between a scaled up human skeleton, and some sort of insectoid exoskeleton.
Though not much of this is actually visible, thanks to the thick and loose-fitting conservative clothes that it (rather messily) wears. For the sake of preventing things from getting lodged in its eye sockets, it also wears a ski mask and goggles.
