Touch of advice for MGS:R, when you get the arm spear, either buy or always use the Triangle Square Mash triangle combo, it stunlocks weaker enemies in a group and can shatter armour in seconds with the proper upgrades.
It also allows you to instantly go into blade mode from it, so you can spin-spin-spin HAHAHA TURN ALL OF YOU INTO MUSH Traingle square triangle spin spin spin...

I've Played MGS:R before, and yeah, that weapon is great for crowds and stunning. Though I also like Sundowner's weapon since it can insta-kill enemies with the charged attacks. But you only get it late in the game. Damn you late game weapons.

Re: Let's Piecewise: HOW THE HECK SHOULD I GIVE AWAY THESE GAMES

So I've got a bunch of these Steam and Desura keys for games I either already have or am not interested in. I'd like to Give them away somehow, but I'm not sure how.

I was thinking of just showing off the game then giving the steam key to whoever asked for it, but thats not really fair to time zones. How do you think I should do it?

A competition in vr! Or a creative rl competition (eg who can make the best/worst ER-related haiku). Or maybe bribe us with them so we don't tinker! Either way, something fun instead of random luck.

Or give them away to backers of the patron as stretch goals. Free random steam game starting from 5 dollar pledges.

Idiots in space
Finding alien trinkets
Dying horribly.

Faceless mooks searching
Alien can-opener
Nine casualties

Rolling the black dice
the Einsteinian Roulette
Who will die today?

UWM
On Death Row, but for what "crime"?
Now the joke's on them.

For Dev:

Death rate four in five
No casualties like that
Want my money back.

I think this just proves haikus are too easy. :P

That's a lot of games. I think small competitions would be best as well. But really, as long as timezones don't screw people over, I'm fine with any way.

I kind of liked the idea for a short video of each game, so everyone can see what they're getting. And competitions for each one sounds good

People can just say which games they want and if there's more than one person who wants one then they get to compete. For people who can go on IRC, Russian Roulette rounds would be fun and relatively fair, since both contestants have roughly equal chances. Maybe add a clause that if someone shoots themselves 5 times and survives, they win or the next one has to shoot themselves or something like that. Or just do it randomly.

Hmm... Would piecewise be willing to play multiplayer games? Could force people to compete with each other in games for games. Or just have a bit of fun playing with the people of Bay12.
