Cin (Do you mind if I call you Cin?): Frankly, I can totally deal with that.  Also, having had the whole "School is eating my entire life" problem, I get it.  Go forth and learn all the things for us.  We're just Internet people, we can bloody well wait patiently for you to take care of meatspace problems, because if you don't, then we still won't get anything.  ;P

Honestly, I'm going to come clean to all of you and say what I have been thinking ever since I started this.

The only reason I'm still updating Descent is because I like my own story, and that I just plain don't want to drop it, but even then I'm still in a crucial part of my life and I'm really, really behind on my education. This is mostly because I can hardly muster the energy to do anything, and working on Descent is one of things that is wasting my energy. If's nice and all, and I'm very proud of it, but it's really not something I see myself in 5 years putting in my resume. I won't even pursue a career in any way related to art.

I don't want to drop this, because to be honest I have always resented artists who drop their project, but it looks like I have to be That Guy.

I'm going to say that Descent is in a hiatus. The "very dim hope of being picked up again" kind.
I've just encouraged you to continue this because I want to support you, don't ruin your life over it.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

Enough of this nonsense. Should I continue the intermission or unceremoniously go back to what we were doing before I did text?

Any choice you'd like to pick :) Best thing I'd like is author efficiency.
Great to see this back though! ^ ^

I'll vote to wrap up the intermission, but just do whatever you're happy with.

As has been said before, do what you feel is best.

I kinda liked the intermission, though, if that means anything.

Whatever makes the creative juices flow, mostly and doesn't inhibit schoolwork and such.

Ayeaye to the above. It's good to have a project, go in whichever direction you have ideas for.

Okay, so every time I try to update this thing, bad things happen. I think I should abandon this before I lose my hand or something. I guess this would be pretty unceremonious. I spent almost all of my free time dreaming of getting the skills necessary to work on this. BUt I guess that at my current emotional state right now I dislike Descent and how everything conspires to prevent me from updating it.

Okay, this is probably the fastest time I come down from a tantrum. I just kind of got angry because I lost my tablet pen. (Which, I still haven't found after turning the house inside out. I assume it was accidentally thrown away.)
