1/4 aliased looks as good as original, I like it.

Edit: Dangit I said aliased, aliased is fine but 1/4 aliased is a lot better.

The edges are softer, which is basically what I prefer about the original.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Well, that's why I asked. A program with layers usually allows you to move things on otherwise empty layers around freely without selectioning it (click layer, drag around!).

Photoshop does it, but iirc GIMP (which is free) has the exact same functionality. I use PS for RotKG, for example; season effects are on layers I just click on or off once made, and I can just duplicate  a layer and freely move and transform it as needed (for something like huts for example).

All that being said personally I like aliasing. Layers just make sprite management in a webcomic adventure format like this easier to me.

I'd like to do something.

Cinder has recently told me he was going to shut this down, because he believes it's worthless, and nobody cares about it. I'd like to prove him wrong. I, for one, do care about it; the writing is great, the story interesting, and the art is simply amazing. I sincerely doubt I'm the only one who likes this game, and who would miss it if it stops. Would any of you like to agree?

I definitely agree, this is great so far. I want to see, at the very least, the top of that wall.

Yes, vehemently :P
It's probably emotions affecting him, or something probably along proactive memory {page 4} which affects how he sees the continuation, but I'm tacking this right here: Don't let experience or feelings (which come from experience/thoughts) bias you, because the only time 'stuff fails' is 'when it fails and not by prediction', in this specific scenario, is my guess.

I mean, honestly relating--its how I felt about my RtD (which is honestly ded for reconstruction right now), but after months of PMing people and asking them 'yo, how d'you feel about my stuff, bro?' (in a silly way for humor here), they all respond along the same frequency 'You do it girl! We're Okaaaaaaay with it.' with various amounts of 'Hey are you stressed? ._.' or concern.
And then I wondered if it was more 'me' (as in, beliefs or doubts) which was stopping me rather than how others see it. Well, it was how I thought about it but there're many things we've to figure out by ourselves on delivery :P That's half the fun of it.

But base point: It ain't within 'nobody likes my work Dx'. Because people do like others' work. But we're not saying it. We're seeing it, and then we go :D

I think it's interesting. I just haven't had much to say yet (besides trying to offer art advice!).

But you never know how many lurkers you have, either! For every one person that posts, there's probably ten more just watching, anyway. :)

Doubly confirmed so much. I was like this when I joined B12 (see: My first post).
It's just that I squee at the screen but then I got no post button, to state plainly. :P
