You hold out Karp like a cape, and entice the mokepon to attack.

We also can't use strategy or directly intervene. I'm guessing anime rules and a good number of their pokemon were unconscious before capture. We'll just shove it in the bag and bring it to Weed. Or we could try to shove them both into the same mokecube.
