"Kerr!" Was the heads up his brother got as Aur moved past him to [17,5], positioning himself solidly where the ruined door once was and braced his spear against the enemy's charge.

"Nice work on the door. Think we should knock him unconscious and bring him as a prisoner? Still technically returning him." The knight doesn't seem too worried about the array of forces in front of him as he joked.

"That's... More serious than I was expecting." Aur was put off from his joking by the answer. "I... Suppose its not my place to judge. Harsh lands make for..." The knight stopped himself and put his mind on the task.

"They won't get past me, seems my worry was for naught."

"WE are not going to get past you either, you know. It'll be difficult to kill the bandits if we can't actually reach them."

He turned to Akk.

"Regardless, what are we to do about this? Do we bring back his head as proof that we tried to recover him, perhaps?"

"I'll be the first to admit that I'm not familiar with magic, but walls between don't mean much to getting a bead on your targets, do they?" It was an honest question.

"I'm here to stop their charge and gain us the initiative, there isn't much point to staying after." Aur was confused, but tried not to show it. Was it normal for mages to want to rush into rooms filled with enemies first? Miranda isn't exactly a normal mage, though, but Noel seemed more proper. Perhaps not?
