Been thinking about crafting techniques themed around elementalism of various sorts, just for a kind of mystical flavour to even Ki abilities. As well as maybe more traditional mystical techniques such as telepathy and healing. All kind of long term though, and i expect to be outstripped in regards to raw combat ability compared to the more traditional ki based fighters.

I've got a pretty good attack for Nohkan, I think.

Name: Stab
Inventor: the first creature to use pointed weapons
Appearance: Nohkan stabs the opponent with his scimitar.
Type: Stab
Charge Time: .01 TU
Effects: The opponent has been stabbed.
Exertion: Enough to stab someone.

Actually, the move is invalid since all attacks require a minimum charge time of 1 TU.

"Stab" would probably work best mechanically as a melee attack, to be realistic, much more like punchin' things.

Besides, they aren't "second" anymore. They are fancy Time Units now! Doesn't that sound futuristic?

Well, it takes a full second to use what could be considered a "technique". Stabbing someone is probably just a normal attack and plays by different rules than what we've seen.

Although it would be cool if Nohkan could get a bonus to melee damage because he's, y'know, using a fucking awesome sword.
