If there is one thing that I always found odd about games like this is that they treat the show as sort of the starting and stopping point of the series.

Saiyans are going to go all the way to Super Saiyan Super god forms because the main character was a Saiyan and everyone else was left behind.

Once role-played a character who ended up cursed in game so that he could only speak in rhyme, it was hilarious.

I'm going with a 'similar, but not quite' system (ex. Post-Frieza equivalent is going to stay offworld).  I'm planning to go alt-universe at the Cell Games time point, if I continue past that (you'll see why, if I haven't mentioned it).

The way I have the game set up should keep people relevant, but we'll see how it turns out.

Ok I have to admit...

It would be AWESOME to have a Cell in a game like this.

Suddenly a guy comes forth who knows all of your own techniques.

It never got quite so machine-gun style because he never really got quite so long winded, so down a couple notches from that, though more long term. There was the one time he needed to convince a group of townsfolk that vampires were coming though, and tried to organize efforts to keep people safe. The joke being that his rhymes about water and letting strangers into your home stuck around =p, maybe i can dig them up.

The reason I started ranting about Dirt density was to tempt fate for Nohkan to suddenly appear under me as we are approaching the ship, in case I sounded insane there.

Game's always open to be joined.  Always need new villains/one arc allies/long-term allies/villain that may turn ally/etc.

Even if you don't want to make a character, could contribute location ideas, world history ideas, race ideas (mostly taking an existing dragon ball race and determining stat modifiers they would have), or moves that can be learned from NPCs.
