Ah, well, mechanism for and person behind transport was part of some big meta plotline that was never finished in the other two. I recommend you just do your own thing storywise here, and try not to worry about meta-plots. Believe me, they'll probably come on their own.

The rules, insofar as they exist, are largely- with a few important exceptions -discretionary, but we seem to be big on science and magiscience. Also, mary sues are considered to be a target for the entire universe.}

Two things. I've noticed people asking me for information regarding other PCs. That can be done, especially if you have a good way of getting that information IC, but I'm afraid the main issue with such things is that I don't have that information either. Nobody has sent me some massive PM of their intents and character traits, so I can't exactly make those up for other people. Additionally, I apologize for the sparse information on the apparently fascinating subject of the Skalewyrm, but I don't actually take notes beforehand or anything, so I just make stuff up.
