Issue with phpBB Forums

Okay, so a while ago I made an account in a forum that's powered by phpBB.

The reason why I'm bringing this up is that a while ago I tried to sign up on the FreeOrion forums, which also uses phpBB, and got an error. I think this is related to me signing up on the aforementioned forum.

Please help.

Not enough info. You need to provide the error at the very least.
