And it's really hard for me to play something other than the type of character I've established as my thing because, as it's already apparent, people will automatically assume I'm doing the same thing again.

The first one would require getting a sprite and the second one... is actually kind of annoying to do since I make most of my characters names that. Otherwise I mix them up or I outright forget them.

Call it something wildly different then. This is taking place in an MMO after all, and (being personally awful at names myself) I've learned that names that are wildly different tend to be hard to mix up. So really the name is whatever you want it to be, we got several silly ones like RoadRage or some such that were kicked around.

Yeah, when I wasn't sick and tired I was gonna do that since that's what I did with WoW. That or I named my character after myself.

Sprites shouldn't be an excuse not to do something when there are plenty of people, myself included, willing to make people some. As for the second part, that's my point. You always name your character some name, people will assume you're doing the same character again. Switch it up, push yourself and people may stop assuming that

I can recommend some good name sites I use if you'd like. I'm rubbish at thinking up of names, so I just keep genning them until I get something I like.

Personally i use a site that let's me get the name meaning and go from there. So if i wanted a name that means angel, I'll go look it up and pick one i like, like ciera.

Actually if someone did me a solid and made me a sprite for a bulky character I wouldn't mind changing the name. Well, actually I'm going to change the name anyways since I was thinking of making a character who's Russian and speaks in a fonetik aksent.

I prefer to be a person sized anthropomorphic ball of Russian CS:GO players and incredibly obvious thief.
