Sorry, but I think it may be better for me to just drop out entirely as well.

Huh, why? O_o

Granted, this is the time to jump off the boat if you're going to.

Also we're all going to die without you. But I really liked playing with you.

Initiate Johanna's Report to the Lords Alliance

In this report, I've taken it upon myself to put forward a written record of my recent adventures in Greenest and the area beyond. I feel events so far have become important enough-with some potentially far reaching implications-that I should shed light on what has gone on, from a first hand perspective. Who better to tell the story, than someone who has smelled the smoke of a burning town?

Spoiler: Prologue (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: Ch.1 (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: Ch.2 (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: Ch.3 (click to show/hide)

*Crack*

Johanna frowned. Her magic quill had broken...

I'm really sorry to hear that. Like Dwarmin, I really enjoyed playing with you. I'm very sad to see you go. Would you be willing to share why, so I can improve in the future?

Not to, essentially, prey upon this opportunity like a vulture in the desert, but does that mean there's a spot open?

[edit] Ah, a populated waitlist. Alas. My gaze was narrow and greedy this day.

No worries. I've put you on the waitlist, however.

I've been thinking and I am now infatuated with the idea of this big, tough Tiefling dude with excessive Charisma who partakes in close interpersonal relations extremely often.

How much XP are we talking about here? :V

Also, I've added more of my submitted stuff to the 2nd post in this thread.

And I definitely cannot (wink wink) send you a copy of the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide if you're interested.

Wait, is a Tiefling acceptable?

To throw in my cents, Tieflings do exist in Faerun in decent numbers. They tend to be very localized, though, usually around places that had some history of 'interaction' with Demonkind-like...

~Thay, a Lawful Evil Magocracy that breeds Planetouched like Tieflings as slaves, soldiers and servants.(http://www.realmshelps.net/region/Thay~Planetouched
http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Thay)

~Impiltur, a Lawful Good trading port which in the past was part of a vast, evil empire called Narfell (Thay was also part of this Empire) that regularly summoned Demons for Fun and Profit, tho it is now extinct. Tieflings here are treated equally as humans, as least by law.

~Western Heartlands, actually the place our characters are currently adventuring in, and the place most of them reside in, more or less. About 130 years ago, some dudes opened a portal to the Nine Hells-and lots of bad stuff scuttled out. Bad stuff+Humans=Tieflings.

~The Silver Marches, a large cold/forested/hilly region to the North-most of the Demons/Tieflings came from a place called "Hellgate Keep", which was as pleasant as you can imagine. Adventurers destroyed it 100 years ago tho (epic loot bro!), there are still Tieflings that live all around the region. Interesting to note, both Johanna and Adrik have connections to this area-Adrik being raised by good Dwarven parents who resided here, and Johanna being raised by bad Dwarven parents who moved away from here to live in the Heartlands.

I'm sure other sources will be much more forthcoming :P

Edit: Now reading MNIM's post in detail, I think he meant the opposite of what I was trying to help with...lol.

So, "yes, as long as the Tiefling in question isn't just the son of a very desperate woman who sold her soul to a demon in exchange for sweet demon lovin' and is actually just trying to get back to Sigil for sweet maiden lovin', and as long as you use the SCAG rulings for Tieflings instead of a cookie-cutter devil person"? :P

Apologies, but the turn is going to be a little late. I'm still trying to figure out what Adrik's backstory is. :P
