Look good to me, tho you should fill in the skill blocks. Don't make the GM count!

Then some background so the GM can fit you in, tho it seems you already have plenty in mind...

Skill blocks say what?

Skills are just your ability modifier plus your proficiency bonus, if you have it skilled.

Your saves are the same.

Yeah...I type skilled/skills twice. Should have typed proficient.

+Your skills equal your ability modifier.
+If you have a skill proficient, add your proficiency modifier as well.
