It's not.  I'm not a chemist, but that's not what the diagram would look like (and I know what that sort of diagram should look like, or at least I think I do).

It has been determined that Trump is an average unladen swallow travelling northbound at his maximum sustainable speed of -3 Obama-cubits per second in the middle of a class 3 hurricane.

I am, in fact, majoring in chemistry, and looking at the thing right now I can say it makes no chemical sense at first glance.
I might change my opinion after further study.

So anyone have any ideas on what it means? Some sort of key to getting somewhere? Maybe Mr. ex-King knows?

Does this structure correlate with the map we have figured out? Or maybe it's yet another alphabet version...

Hmm... explore/look around the room a bit to see if there are any other exits? Seems like the diagram on the ground could be a map of the surrounding area? Also the room itself seems rather oddly shaped.

It's amazing.

Yeah, I've been here before.
But I didn't have time to stay and look.

None of the other circles seem to do much.

Yet, you mean to say. They won't do much yet. Now then. For horrible, horrible, abuse of Transcend Context. Or rather, Recontextualize.

I think Transcend Context can only be applied to ourself. But Recontextualize...

You know that panel? Where we seem to be in more than one place at a time? Recontextualize two of those instances of us and bring them into our current situation.

You could wear those circles as a hat. Or was this suggested already?

I think in order to utilize this circle thing, we need to combine the right SPELLINGS. RECONTEXUALIZE came about by combining TRANSCEND CONTEXT and REMANCITYPE, after all. So if we were to LARINIZE other SPELLINGS, we could potentially combine them. The question becomes which ones.
