Please. You think Hilary is scandalous? You are very sadly in the wrong sir. In fact I would say she is cleaner than any GOP candidate, and if there were cleaner democratic candidates none of them have any chance in hell in being elected. Also, if she is as "scandalous" as you're making her out to be then she's done an admirable job of damage control. Besides, regardless of my opinion she's hardly "neck deep" in scandal. Half the scandals have been caused by the press quoting her out of context.
On the note of political posturing, ALL of your candidates are doing it. ALL OF THEM. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. How do you think the government works? That this is some sort of meritocracy? Haha, NO. It is political alliance, cooperation, and compromise that gets bills passed, people nominated, and candidates elected.
And no, there you DON'T go showing your centrism. In fact, I dare say Hilary is your best, BEST, shot at getting any manner of what you would consider centrist ideology inserted in to modern US policy.
Of course, it remains to be seen if she even will run, there's nothing certain and it may be that she isn't going to bother. I mean, if she does, you can say whatever you want about political ambition, but every candidate that you will be able to vote for this coming election season will, in fact, be murderously cutthroat ambitious. Politically, of course.
But for that harsh reply I now state, that is in fact, just my two cents, and I bear no ill will against you Wierd.
