Is there any reason for dwarves to fishing in the aquifer?

They'll fish in any water. Mine are fishing in the moat.

Set fishing zone only order to disable that.

I feel you m8. I haven't set up a safe indoor fishing area yet, so mine are trying to fish the well occasionally despite it being an utterly hopeless endeavor.
