If you could pick the next squire's starting location, would it be...

A southernly port where cultures and norms of society mix and clash with each other?
A westernly city akin to Marienburg, home of current squire in play?
An easternly outpost at the edge of kingdom's borders, a beginning of thisverse's Silk Road?
A northernly fortress where young men prove themselves in combat with giants, wildlings and mystical beasts?
Centre of the kingdom, trapping the young squire in a thick web of decadent court's schemings and plots?

First of all, I REALLY don't think we should jump to the conclusion that he's gay. We can think that all we want but let's not actually come forward with the theory. If we guess that he's gay and he's actually not then that can only lead to disaster. I believe the GM is using what is called a "red herring". Let's just ask what the secret is and leave it at that.

"Redford i knew you had a secret. Before we go on I can only say this: It's A very subjective question.

Being branded means society, the one I am from and are sworn to protect when the need arises, hates me for a mark. As for God..I don't know much about theology or faith. I've been leaning on the side of trust thyself more ever since my branding. That is something however you most likely know.

If you killed someone yes i would expose you after dueling you to the death. But I don't think murder is what you did, did you? Know this, if you can't trust a fellow squire who is branded by the church and hated by society you cannot trust anyone else which means you will have to live on and die with your secret. Hopefully said secret won't deny you pleasure or bring pain to you.

So what's the secret?"

All fanfics are heresy, each and every one, especially the shipping ones. Those are by far the worst.

"Well, are you familiar the the Knightly code? We comrade-in-arms must stand by each others. We may not always agree on everything, but you are my comrade and I won't let you down if you choose to share something. But don't feel you have to tell me if you don't want to."

Let's say the only way wouldn't keep your secret is if it was dangerous enough to destroy the kingdom

Keep an eye on them while we eat. Once the two soldiers leave or we finish our meal (whichever comes first) we'll see if we can strike up a conversation with Sandra. Our relationship with Sandra is that of friendship, not romantic. No anger either. Just a pleasant "hey how've you been?"

Ask about the heralds and the next tourney in marienburg. We should practice hard when we get back.

We dont know if that is sandra, though I would personally be happy if it were.

this would be wiser.
