Jen smiles lightly, tears coming to her eyes as she steps forward to give him a hug.

Simon wraps his arms around her with a chuckle, letting his staff lean against Kittan's leg.
"But then I'd knew that you'd come to see me, and that would distract you from your quest."

"I assume you know about... this, then... you probably felt it."
Jen pulls out her drill fragment.

Buki kept searching the city, asking whoever he sees if they've seen Darry.

"Um... Gurren was destroyed... They say they're going to repair it, but I don't know after that."

Buki stumbled into the hangar where Gurren, Lagann, and the Prince were being housed, completely drained. He leaned up against the side of the Prince, panting heavily. If it weren't for the legs he'd inherited, he'd probably have passed out a WHILE ago.... He looked around, wondering if anyone was even up at this hour...

"You others will help search. Spread out throughout the city, we have to find her."

Tömas would basically keep trying to sense it and go along with any of Jesse's actions, boosting where appropriate, if I don't respond.

"Wha-what happens if we don't?" Jesse asks hazily, the anger that was her fuel suddenly being yanked out from under her as Tömas calmed down. The red energy also dies down, snuffing out well before the entirety of it dulls into it's typical half-glowing aura around the pair of them.
