[Greatness]

This is only a idea i just want to put it out there so u can know just think about it . 
just some ideas

1) 5 nation (like in the anime tv show naruto )                 (avoid copy-writing)
2) Ninjutsu Taijutsu Genjutus
3) A interal energy source like charkra  or stamina
4) 9 tailbeasts which can be seal into a person like a Jinckuriki (could replace megabeasts and alter by modding )
5) Different Sect that specialize in ninja art like ninja tool master etc...
6) Academy in each village to teach different skills (training and mastering skills should require months are weeks like a skill rate token)
7) Sages modes
Secret Organization
9)dojutus kekkei genkai like the Uchiha Sharingan
10)Sealing  jutsu like the 5 trigram sign ( could be use to stop a a ninja from using chakra or weaving hand signs )

You're damn right it can.

I've thought about making a Naruto mod because Naruto has top-notch meta-worldbuilding (I.E most of the stuff you listed) and it'd be a fun challenge to get the wide variety of things shown in there.

But yeah, modding forum thataway.
