Could use the family share thingy.
I originally looked into that, but steam has this really stupid limitation where only one person can play games from a library at a time. The result is that we couldn't play together, and if I ever logged in to play any game (regardless of if its the same one he is playing, and which I do fairly often) it would give him 5 minutes before automatically booting him from the game. I'll probably set it up anyways so he can "demo" my games, but for actual ones he wants he really needs his own copy.

There's still one roundabout way of playing games from one account - you'll have to go into the Offline mode and play a game, while your Dad will be able to use your account freely. But that does mean no multiplayer games for you.

Oh this is so weird to not have it being run by webadict.

PTW and I'll sign up later.

Alright, steam sale started and all that.
>ADD MOAR LOVE TO GIVEAWAY PILE

E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy (1)
FTL:Faster Than Light (1)
VVVVVV (1)

All are on steam. All can be given away at any time, I have no preference.

Aristabulus does a magnificent job though, so it's okay. He basically ran it last time too.

Oh god. It's here, and it's already so....BIG.

And I'm about to make it bigger, by one copy of Don't Starve + Reign of Giants DLC:D Don't really care which day.

Steam account: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197970920899/

I have read the rules.

My wishlist:
Breach and Clear
Cook, Serve, Delicious
Papers, Please
Civ IV Complete Edition
Smooth Operators: Call Center Chaos
Space Engineers
Stacking
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Waking Mars
X-COM Collector's Pack

Obviously, if I start winning a bunch, I'll withdraw from the remaining ones.

Did anybody keep track of what the final tally of games offered was last year? I know it was freakin' ginormous. Curious if we can beat that this year.

here is my steam account. http://steamcommunity.com/id/RxMnd and i'm here on bay 12. Not entering anytihng for now, but donating. For any day, i'll like to give away a copy of Talisman digital edition i seem to have been given on steam. The other day it just popped up like a coupon sometimes does, likely since i own the game and season pass or something.
Fake edit: seems the developers were giving away copies. Since everyone i play with is fine with hotseat, still giving it away. It's like the board game, though, it's a big DLC game, with all the expansions, just like irl. My recommendation, pick up the season pass when it's dirt cheep (under 10ish) like i did, or maybe i'll give it away once i get a new job.

Not wishlist, sir...  Entries!  :)  I'm being a stickler on language, yes, but mainly to prevent future hassle.

I'm pretty sure we've already exceeded last year's total, but I haven't gone back to count it all up.  (maybe I'll squeeze that in) Some of it is the illusion of timing, though; I polled major contributors a couple weeks ahead to smooth out the labour that comes with large donation lists.  There's one more big bump in the pipe, but I'm not anticipating anymore big adds after that.

If I calculated correctly, 153 games last year. (Though that was webadicts thread. Not sure if the right one).

This one has approximately 432 (I lost count somewhere) winnable items (bundles not counted seperatly).

Though, a lot of games are from Humble Bundles and aren't signed-up for frequently.

That's just because the Other Games regulars have already bought the bundles.
Obviously this thread needs more visibility to the rest of the forum, and particularly to the less regular users.

Just posted an announcement to the Dwarf Fortress Community Steam group, so we should see some more who don't necessarily keep an eye on the other games sub-forum.
